    Position Overview

    Career Focus is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented intern to support daily program operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and program coordination.

    This position plays a key role in ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

    Internship Duration

    June 1 – July 24

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with organizing and preparing materials and supplies for daily program activities

    Support logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of materials and resources

    Help manage attendance and support daily check-in and check-out processes

    Provide on-site operational support to ensure activities run efficiently

    Assist team members with day-to-day needs and problem-solving as situations arise

    Maintain organization of supplies, equipment, and inventory

    Support distribution of materials or meals during scheduled breaks

    Help maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment

    Communicate any issues or concerns to staff in a timely manner

    Qualifications

    Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the work location

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment

    Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

    Willingness to support a variety of tasks as needed

    Prior experience in operations, events, or working with groups is a plus, but not required
