Are you an experienced Program or Project Engineering professional ready to make an impact in the aerospace industry? Johnson Service Group is seeking a seasoned expert to join our client’s team in Wichita, KS.

** Your Role & Responsibilities**

• Track and manage team progress to ensure timely delivery against project schedules
• Collaborate with multiple discipline groups, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement
• Utilize Smartsheet tools to monitor and report project status

** Skills & Experience You Should Possess**

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project engineering support
• Strong background in project scheduling and team coordination
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools

** Bonus Points If You Have**

• Aircraft manufacturing experience
• Exposure to new product development, particularly aerospace composites or thermoplastics
• Familiarity with government contract requirements

** Education & Certifications You Need**

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
