Abacus Solutions Group is currently looking for a Management Analyst/Program support specialist for our client based in New Castle or Kent County Delaware.

Responsibilities:

• The management analyst will serve as the programs support liaison to the state’s fire and EMS systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on fire and EMS system operations, integration and use of harm reduction measures.
• Main point of contact for facilitating enrollment into associated programs, training on associated programs and standing orders, recruitment and onboarding of new EMS or Fire Department partners and will assist with the preparation and delivery of supplies.
• The position is responsible for leading and advancing harm reduction programs with the state’s fire and EMS systems and supporting the teams initiations

Qualifications:

• Previous work history/service with Fire and/or EMS systems is required
• Previous work in Delaware systems is highly preferred.
• Program support experience is monitoring preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. This is a long-term contract role that will be onsite.
