    The Program Specialist will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Individual Support and Behavioral Management Plans. As well as providing ongoing support to staff. The Program Specialist will always ensure that 6400/6100, Title 55 Regulations are followed. The Program Specialist is responsible for program oversight, growth with quality, and development of the residential program.

    The Program Specialist is responsible for the daily care, supervision, and safety of the individuals in residential and community settings. A minimum of 1 program specialist shall be assigned for every 30 individuals. A program specialist shall be responsible for a maximum of 30 individuals, including individuals served in other types of services.

    Ensures EIG Services LLC's Vision, Mission & Values are incorporated in providing services for individuals supported at EIG.

    Ensures compliance and implementation of EIG Services LLC policies, procedures, and regulations.

    The program specialist shall be responsible for the following Responsibilities:

    Ensuring compliance with waiver assurances and maintaining compliance with Chapter 6400/6100 and Title 55 PA Code CH 52 regulations.

    Fulfilling the role of plan lead- fully accessible as needed for the agency (in person, virtual/remote, by telephone, etc). Knowledge and understanding of all job descriptions and roles related to programming/residential operations at EIG including oversight of these positions.

    Developing and implementing provider services as required under §6400.188 (relating to provider services). Coordinating the services provided and supervising, monitoring, and evaluating services provided to the individual.

    Ensuring the general day-to-day operations of each residential site regarding regulatory compliance and the needs of the individual(s) is maintained. Examples are cleanliness, adequate groceries, and household items in a home-like environment.

    New Individual Intake responsibilities include creating intake packets, ensuring all initial documentation is gathered/received, personal inventories, weekly/monthly schedules, completing face sheets quarterly for all individuals, creating binders with the appropriate forms, organized, maintained, and accessible at all residential sites.

    Assist as a Certified Investigator

    Completion of Administrative Reviews

    Medication Administration Management

    Medical Records Management

    Individual Financial Records Management

    Coordinating and the completion of assessments.

    Implementing the ISP as written and participating & reviewing in developing the ISP, ISP annual update, and ISP revisions under § 6400.186 for content accuracy. Attending ISP meetings, reviewing the ISP with the individual as required, and documenting the ISP review as required under regulations.

    Scheduling responsibilities

    Ensures timely & effective communication with staff to ensure the integrity of all program requirements.
