We’re on the lookout for a passionate and talented Program Specialist to join our dynamic Small Business department. This full-time position offers working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Initially, this role is set for about three months, with plenty of potential for extension, so there’s a chance for a longer adventure with us!

\- Connect directly with individuals visiting our website by promptly addressing emails and phone inquiries, making a real difference in their journey!
\- Review and promptly approve agencies awaiting our approval to keep things moving smoothly.
\- Manage business registry accounts, contractor ads, and ensure our event and bulletin postings are current and informative.
\- Keep accurate client assistance records to support our service goals and stay on track.
\- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to efficiently track client interactions and enhance our outreach efforts.
\- Gather essential client information, such as names, companies, emails, and specific needs, to better serve our community.
\- Dive into targeted research, identifying businesses and government entities involved in New York State procurement.
\- Conduct thoughtful phone and email surveys with identified businesses and gather invaluable insights.
\- Prepare insightful memo recommendations based on your findings and meticulously document your research and outreach efforts.
