    Drive University Talent initiatives by collaborating with Program Managers, creating, implementing, and evaluating programs for early-career individuals and recent graduates.

    What You'll Do:

    Program & Project Management Excellence

    • Drive End-to-End Execution: Assist Program Managers in developing robust program strategies, detailed project plans, and comprehensive timelines for both intern and new graduate programming cycles

    • Partner Coordination: Act as a central communication hub, coordinating effectively with a wide range of internal partners and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery

    • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision for effective program support.

    • Proactive Risk Management: Monitor program progress, anticipate potential roadblocks or logistical challenges, and proactively propose effective, data-driven solutions to ensure timely and successful outcomes

    High-Impact Event Planning & Management

    • Creative Event Design: Contribute to the brainstorming and ideation of innovative, engaging internal programs and external recruiting events designed to enhance participant experience and brand visibility

    • Logistical Command: Own the end-to-end logistics for all events, including management of vendor selection, contract coordination, venue booking, catering, and material production

    • Manage event registration, craft event communications, and provide hands-on support for participant experience

    Data Integrity & Program Evaluation

    • Data Stewardship: Serve as the guardian of program data collecting, organizing, and maintaining all records, including participant RSVPs, event attendance, and critical feedback survey results

    • Insight Generation: Support the analysis of program metrics to identify key trends, measure the return on investment of events, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of program components

    • Reporting & Recommendations: Assist in preparing compelling summary reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key program achievements, outcomes, and actionable recommendations for future program enhancements

    • System Management: Maintain and audit program trackers to guarantee accuracy and integrity across all program-related data points

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Proven experience in campus recruiting, program support, event planning, and/or project coordination preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment or a talent acquisition/HR function

    • Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and a proven ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight time constraints

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Express

    • Proficient in interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of nurturing connections with in-house colleagues and outside suppliers

    • Demonstrates a resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving, focusing on attention to detail and dedication to improving processes.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $64,800 -- $127,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
