Program Supervisor Work Status: Full-Time Reports To: Assistant Program Director / Executive Director

Exempt Status: Non-Exempt Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour

Join a team dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives! At Jade Enhanced Support Services (JESS), we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Program Supervisor to help lead our Supported Living Services (SLS) team.

In this role, you’ll support day-to-day program operations, supervise staff, coordinate individualized services, and ensure that each client receives high-quality, person-centered support in their home and community.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and support SLS staff • Oversee implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) • Coordinate client services, case reviews, and crisis support • Lead team meetings and maintain strong communication with families, providers, and Regional Center partners • Ensure documentation and program standards are met • Participate in the on-call rotation

What You’ll Need

• Associate’s degree preferred (Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, etc.) • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in human services or SLS/ILS programs • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
