    Soccer Shots Little Rock is in an exciting season of growth, and we are looking for a motivated, people-centered leader to help strengthen our team, elevate our programs, and expand our impact across the Little Rock territory.

    Position Overview The Program & Team Development Manager is a hands-on leadership role that plays a key part in supporting and growing Soccer Shots Little Rock through coach development, program execution, community engagement, and business growth support.

    This is not a behind-the-scenes management role. It is an active, visible leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping a growing business thrive. In this role, you will spend meaningful time in the field coaching, visiting partner locations, attending community events, and supporting staff, while also handling the planning, communication, and coordination that keep programs running at a high level.

    This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to grow into future director-level leadership as the territory continues to expand.

    Schedule & Work Structure

    Full-time, approximately 40–50 hours per week (varies by season)

    Flexible schedule based on programming, partner needs, and events

    Some early mornings, evenings, and weekends required

    Mix of field-based work (schools, parks, and events) and administrative responsibilities

    Coaching is a required and important component of the role.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Operations & Execution

    Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Soccer Shots programs across the Little Rock territory

    Support season launches, site setup, equipment distribution, and scheduling needs

    Help manage program calendars, staffing plans, and day-to-day operational execution

    Utilize tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Soccer Shots CRM systems to maintain accurate records and effective workflows

    Support partner communication by phone and email in a timely and professional manner

    Identify operational challenges and proactively bring solutions, ideas, and improvements to leadership

    Coaching & Team Development

    Coach 10–12 location blocks per week (approximately 20–30 classes), modeling Soccer Shots standards, curriculum, and core values

    Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new coaches to meet seasonal staffing needs

    Support ongoing coach development through field observations, coaching feedback, accountability, and mentorship

    Help lead coach scheduling, substitutions, and day-to-day team support

    Serve as a reliable, encouraging, and solution-oriented point of contact for the coaching team

    Help build and maintain a strong, values-driven team culture centered on growth, consistency, and accountability

    Marketing, Partnerships & Community Engagement

    Build and maintain strong relationships with school and community partners throughout the Little Rock area

    Conduct regular site visits and partner check-ins to ensure satisfaction, program quality, and long-term retention

    Represent Soccer Shots at community events, open houses, free fun days, and marketing tables

    Coordinate grassroots marketing efforts, including flyer distribution, signage placement, and local promotions

    Create social media content that highlights programs, coaches, and community involvement

    Help identify new partnership opportunities and support territory expansion efforts

    Business Growth & Territory Support

    Support enrollment growth through seasonal marketing initiatives and community outreach

    Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and launch new programs

    Gather and share feedback from partners and families to improve program quality, customer experience, and retention

    Serve as a local ambassador for the Soccer Shots brand throughout the Little Rock community

    Collaborate with leadership on both short-term priorities and long-term growth goals for the territory

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field)

    Experience in youth sports, education, team leadership, program management, marketing, or operations preferred

    Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

    Comfortable leading and developing others while also working independently

    Self-starter with a scrappy, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

    Passion for working with children ages 18 months through elementary school

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Little Rock area

    Ability to coach, demonstrate curriculum, and remain physically active during sessions

    Compensation & Benefits

    Starting salary: $40,000–$42,000 annually

    $175 monthly gas stipend ($2,100 annually)

    10 PTO days (eligible after 90 days)
