We are seeking an experienced Program & Volunteer Manager to lead youth development and animal-assisted programs. This full-time leadership role oversees program delivery, volunteer engagement, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and the well-being and coordination of therapy dogs. Responsibilities: Lead delivery of youth and community programs aligned with organizational mission. Recruit, train, schedule, recognize, and retain volunteers. Coordinate therapy dog selection, scheduling, records, and care. Maintain program metrics, reporting, budgets, documentation, and billing support. Build strong relationships with schools, families, community partners, and stakeholders. Ensure safe, high-quality experiences for participants and canine teams. Qualifications: 3+ years in program management, youth development, nonprofit, education, or a related field. Experience leading volunteers and community partnerships. Excellent organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with dogs or animal-assisted programming preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. Compensation: $52,000 - $55,000 yearly
