Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

·Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with the ability to support end-to-end solution delivery.

·Proven ability to analyze complex systems, define solutions, and translate business needs into effective system designs.

·Highly skilled in developing comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and user guides.

·In-depth understanding of legacy and modern systems to support analysis, integration, and alignment of solutions.

·Demonstrated ability to lead specification development and create detailed test cases and supporting artifacts to ensure successful implementation.

·Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation and facilitation skills, including leading meetings, delivering demos, and effectively presenting findings and solutions to stakeholders.
