Now Hiring: CNC Swiss Programmer - PERMANENT
Location: Sparta, Wisconsin | On-site | 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

A leading manufacturer in precision components is looking to add an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer and Set-Up Technician to their team. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek, a stable day shift, and the chance to work with a tight-knit production and engineering group focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Program CNC Swiss machines for new projects (PartMaker or similar CAM software)

• Set up machines for production runs and ensure all output meets quality standards

• Conduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and vision equipment

• Improve existing programs and set-ups for greater efficiency

• Document work via ERP system and assist with tooling/material tracking

• Support a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment

• Mentor team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in Swiss CNC machining and programming

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T

• Comfortable working with tight tolerances and visual inspections under a microscope

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Solid computer literacy

• High attention to detail and quality
