Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and precision measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.

Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and CAD files to create accurate machine programs.

Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any issues.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes and production runs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming is preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.

Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
