About the Role:

RPM Machining Incorporated is looking for skilled Programmers and Master Machinists to join our team in Compton, CA! Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex machining operations

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment

Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files

Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards

Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to programs and tooling

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflow and efficiency

Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Master Machinist, or similar role

Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications

Experience with multi-axis CNC machining is a plus

High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment
