    Job Description

    EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS, preferably in marketing, advertising or a related field.
    • 1 year of marketing experience.

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Experience with CRM programs.
    • Experience in project management and completing tasks according to a defined work plan.
    • Experience in customer and market research.
    • Proficient with general office applications.

    SKILLS OR ABILITIES

    • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Technical marketing skills.
    • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
    • Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
    • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
    • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Work with existing marketing materials and communications to be distributed via multiple media channels.

    • Complete direct mail campaigns as instructed, including mailing of sales letters, follow up calls and emails, tracking campaign results.

    • Manage drip marketing efforts to distribute materials and communications at specified intervals.

    • Prepare and procure advertising materials required for packaging, advertising, and promotion of service offerings. (Shock n Awe – Online or Physical)

    • Assist the Marketing Manager in development and maintenance of departmental goals and strategies.

    • Utilize the company's social media outlets on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

    • Event coordination / attendance: local business events, trade shows, and other various prospecting events.

    • Event follow up: Enter prospects into CRM and perform appropriate follow up based on interaction

    • Special projects for the Marketing Department (as reviewed and defined by manager).

    • Perform administrative marketing tasks that include execution and documenting campaigns, drafting communications, designing marketing materials, interfacing with website and newsletter design companies.

    • Work with existing tools to procure positive reviews / testimonials from customer base.

    • Maintain / groom prospect lists in CRM package

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer needs.

    • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.

    • Enter all work as activities or service tickets in ConnectWise.

    • Assist the Sales Team as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000.00  per year
