We are a growing industrial distribution and repair company seeking a full-time clerk to support both Accounting and Sales. Progressive Pumps and Controls Corporation is located in Spring, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Inventory Receipts, Bill Entry, and Disbursements

Expediting of Inventory

Cross-Train and Back-Up Repair Coordinator

Skills

Competency in QuickBooks Enterprise, MS Office, and CRM

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks

Well organized

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years as Accounting/Sales Clerk

QuickBooks Enterprise 1-2 years

CRM Experience 1-2 years
