Job Summary
We are a pump distribution and repair company seeking a full-time experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager. An experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper will have experience with and utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to process usual business transactions like Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Disbursements, Credit Transactions, Sales Taxes and Cash Receipts.
Responsibilities
Accurately prepare and maintain accounting books and records
Daily Invoicing
Methodically collect Accounts Receivable
Prepare Inventory Receipts, Bill Entry and Disbursements
Oversee Payroll run by ADP
Insure proper maintenance of customer records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Close the month and produce accurate financial statements
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Qualifications
QuickBooks Enterprise, 4-6 Years
Previous experience of 4-6 years as a full-charge bookkeeper, or similar position
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
