Technical Support Representative I
Job Description
Contract - 3 Months
Duties:
Provides basic technical support and assistance to clients. Addresses and responds to customer inquiries on organizational products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Possesses a basic understanding of the organization's products and services, but escalates more complex inquiries. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Possible weekend work to help with moving computers, however candidate will be given ample time as to when weekend work is scheduled.
Skills:
Technical support, break/fix. Installs. Computer disconnects, Move computer hardware from one desk to another and reconnects. Able to lift 40 lbs
Education/Experience:
- A+ Cert 6 - 9 years
