    Job Description

    Contract - 3 Months

    Duties:

    • Provides basic technical support and assistance to clients.  Addresses and responds to customer inquiries on organizational products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Possesses a basic understanding of the organization's products and services, but escalates more complex inquiries. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

    • Possible weekend work to help with moving computers, however candidate will be given ample time as to when weekend work is scheduled.

     

    Skills:

    Technical support, break/fix.  Installs. Computer disconnects, Move computer hardware from one desk to another and reconnects. Able to lift 40 lbs

    Education/Experience:

    - A+ Cert  6 - 9 years
