Job Description

DURATION:6 MONTHS

DUTIES:

• Prepare, analyze and process Vendor Maintenance paperwork for Artist / Copyright Royalties
• Administer Universal Royalty Portal
• Assist Management with mass royalty system updates
• Assist Management with high priority internal and external royalty inquiries
• Update or Modify systems based on correspondence received from various sources
• Correspond with various artists, royalty managers, and attorneys
• Research and respond to internal and external inquiries
• Special projects will be assigned as needed

SKILLS:

Skills/Abilities: - Must possess strong skills using Microsoft Excel and be proficient in a Windows environment. - Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills - Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize work - Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Overtime as required Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in a royalty administration field preferred - Experience with music publishing royalties preferred

EDUCATION:

4-year college degree in Music Business or equivalent.
