This is a fast paced position where the applicant will be responsible for managing and implementing the lending process from beginning to end. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of all involved parties in the processing of a loan in time for closing. Parties include, but are not limited to, the Borrower, the Title Co., the Insurance Agency, and the Wholesaler.
- Communicate the status of the closing to all involved parties.
- Compiling the documentation and the requirements needed for the closing of a loan.
- Examining all documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Making sure that all documents are in order pre and post closing.
- Preparation of files for the accountant and the bank.
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients, the Closing Agent, the Insurance Agent, the Wholesalers, and anyone else involved in the closing.
- Some general office duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma of GED
- Previous experience in the lending industry is helpful but not necessary.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Office Suite is helpful
- Google Complex of File Management is helpful
