WE PROVIDE... • LEADS... lots of leads • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training/tutoring program • Advanced mentoring on a weekly basis • A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals Responsibilities: Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Technology driven Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY BUT A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR AN ACTIVE PURSUIT OF A NEW LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION Compensation: $100,000+
