Responsibilities: Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: Organized and manages time effectively Self-motivation and drive Past sales experience is preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY BUT A VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $100,000+
