    About the Position:

    This is an Essential Position which means you are required to report to work in inclement weather, and during emergency events without delay or disruption.

    This is a Floater Shift, 3-11PM Monday-Friday; must be able to work some weekends, Holidays and overnight shifts (11PM-7AM), as needed.

    This position is full-time, 40 hours work week, with health and welfare benefits.

    Requirements:

    Customer Service Experience or Hotel Experience

    Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Demonstrates database management knowledge / skills.

    Proficient aptitude for using MicroSoft Office application.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide best customer service practices

    Greet, check in, and checkout the Lodge guests

    Answer and direct all phone calls

    Generate and distribute night audit reports

    Respond to emergency situations

    Apply policies and procedures

    Prepare room inventory

    Maintain room availability

    Arrange campus shuttle transportation

    Assign room keys accordingly

    Assist guests with locked safes

    Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and organized work area

    Check and balance all future reservations for patients

    Provide daily continental breakfast for all guests

    Process reservations on the Visual One system

    Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management

    Balance all shift audits in order to correct any errors that might impact patients/caregivers stay at the Lodge

    Coordinate repairs with maintenance team

    Assist in dealing with problems as they arise and day-to-day trouble shooting

    Ensure that shift handovers and briefings are carried out
