We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and perform full-cycle AP.
• Prepare reconciliations, cash reports, bank transfers and weekly check runs.
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements and assist with month-end close.
• Set-up projects in Deltek - billing rates, markups, fixed/hourly fees.
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Interface with vendors and clients.

​ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting; 2 years as Project Accountant in Architecture and/or Engineering
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Accounting Software - Deltek - VantagePoint is required. Great Plains, NetSuite, MS Office experience highly desired.
• Staff Management Experience
• BS in Accounting
