    SunGlo Restoration Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our project teams and office staff to ensure successful completion of jobs.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Receive new restoration job requests via phone and email
    • Make calls to homeowners and subcontractors regarding job status
    • Record notes, prepare, and compile project documentation throughout duration of job
    • Review job file for completeness
    • Problem solve complaints from property owners and escalate as necessary
    • Attend weekly team meetings
    • Track progress on teams projects
    • Audit of files for status of projects
    • Manage Outlook calendars and meeting schedules
    • Prepare emails and written correspondences

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Organized and can prioritize work
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft desktop tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point)
    • Ability to work well within a team environment
    • Ability to occasionally work overtime during the week or on the weekend

    Preferred Skills (not required)

    • General knowledge of the construction and insurance industry
    • Knowledge and prior use of construction job tracking software

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Regular Work Schedule:

    • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
