SunGlo Restoration Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our project teams and office staff to ensure successful completion of jobs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive new restoration job requests via phone and email
- Make calls to homeowners and subcontractors regarding job status
- Record notes, prepare, and compile project documentation throughout duration of job
- Review job file for completeness
- Problem solve complaints from property owners and escalate as necessary
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Track progress on teams projects
- Audit of files for status of projects
- Manage Outlook calendars and meeting schedules
- Prepare emails and written correspondences
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organized and can prioritize work
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft desktop tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to occasionally work overtime during the week or on the weekend
Preferred Skills (not required)
- General knowledge of the construction and insurance industry
- Knowledge and prior use of construction job tracking software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Regular Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
