    a growing design-build construction company in the Madison, Wisconsin area, is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment and enjoys supporting construction projects, coordinating details, and keeping teams and clients aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

    What You'll Do as the Project Administrator:

    • Support Project Managers, Estimators, and Designers with day-to-day project coordination
    • Assist with purchase orders, change orders, options, permits, and project documentation
    • Coordinate selections with clients, vendors, and trade partners
    • Track project schedules, selections, and outstanding items
    • Maintain organized project files, binders, and vendor records
    • Assist with project communication and weekly client updates
    • Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative workflows
    • Support office operations including phones, client hospitality, and supply management
    • Upload and manage project information within company systems
    • Assist with project handoff and closeout documentation

    Must-Haves as the Project Administrator:

    • At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • High attention to detail and follow-through
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a structured environment
    • Professional office presence and communication style
    • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
    • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
    • Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the office

    Nice-to-Haves as the Project Administrator:

    • Experience with BuilderTrend, BuilderConnect, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar platforms
    • Construction scheduling software experience
    • Experience supporting residential construction or remodeling projects
    • Selections coordination or client-facing project support experience
    • Marketing or social media coordination experience
    • Familiarity with Adobe Sign or digital document workflows
