Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks a Project Administrator III for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will be a part of our client's Operations Control Center (OCC) Charter Desk. In this role, you’ll help ensure charter flights run smoothly by coordinating crews, ground teams, and other departments. You’ll also prepare upcoming flights, monitor operations, and support the team during any irregular operations. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, strong communication, and knowledge of airline operations are key. Hourly rate up to $28.00/hr based on experience. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate day-of-departure operations: ensure FBOs, screeners, and ground teams are in place.
Serve as a liaison between Charter Coordinators, Charter Planners, and other OCC divisions.
Prepare operations for the next 1–3 days.
Verify that FBOs, screeners, and ground handlers comply with TSA No-Fly regulations.
Communicate Air Traffic Control (ATC) and maintenance issues; propose solutions during irregular operations.
Send team manifests to Canadian CBP and Gen Decs for international departures.
Coordinate fuel releases and American Express payments as needed.
Send military movement messages during military operations.
Assist with crew issues and check for missing crew on rotations.
Provide reservation support to Coordinators in the field.
Create daily on-time performance reports and distribute to the Charter Department.
Complete daily shift turnover reports.
Qualifications
Proficient in Excel (reporting, formulas, pivot tables).
Knowledge of Delta Term or similar airline operations systems.
Prior experience with Delta operations or airline/charter operations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-departmentally.
Comfortable with afternoon, night, or overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends.
