    About The Role

    As a Project Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our team of Project Managers, keeping projects on track, and facilitating communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. You'll also provide executive support to company leadership and assist with coordinating essential business functions.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project needs
    • Manage contracts and collect required customer/vendor documentation
    • Coordinate permits and maintain various city business licenses
    • Act as the communication hub between Sales, Field Teams, Vendors, Suppliers, and Customers
    • Support the VP of Sales and the Director of Business Development
    • Help plan and coordinate sales meetings and team events
    • Provide additional office support as needed

    What We're Looking For:

    • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
    • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient with data entry and various software tools
    • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
    • Valid driver's license and insurable to drive as needed for sales team function (pay/pick up permits, meeting supplies, etc.)
    • Must demonstrate strong teamwork skills and remain effective under pressure.
