About the Role:

Passion Masonry LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join our growing team in North Charleston, SC. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our masonry projects running smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project managers and field crews throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and correspondence

Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with job cost tracking (Quickbooks)

Assist with submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation

Maintain accurate data entry and filing within project management systems

Requirements:

Prior administrative experience in construction, masonry, or a related trade industry preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus (Contractor Foreman)

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
