~ Top Requirements ~
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements)
- Experience or comfort with Oracle Fusion
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ year of hands-on accounting experience (journal entries, reconciliations, budget tracking, analysis)
~ What You’ll Be Doing ~
- Own the Numbers: Track project budgets, validate invoices, and process payments, from travel reimbursements to contractor fees.
- Analyze with Purpose: Prepare billing packages and expense reports to ensure compliance with funding rules.
- Drive Transparency: Generate monthly reconciliations and provide clear reporting for internal teams and external funders.
- Be the Go-To Partner: Collaborate closely with project leads to answer finance-related questions and keep initiatives running smoothly.
- Keep It Tight: Maintain organized, audit-ready files with budgets, modifications, billing history, and correspondence.
- Problem-Solve and Improve: Support data-driven decision-making through regular analysis and forecasting.
