Immediate W2 contract position available in Birmingham, AL (Hybrid).
Estimated Duration: 3 years

** Job Description / Desired Qualifications:**

• A Project Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience is responsible to support the project team through each project's life.
• Degree in business, administration, or a related field required.
• Knowledgeable in the phases of the gated project management process.
• Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Hybrid schedule: The schedule will typically be Mon-Thurs in office and Friday’s remote.

** Some of the responsibilities would include:**

• Updating the estimate log with assignments of estimates, conceptual designs, and other deliverables requested by project stakeholders.
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of processes for onboarding, metrics, development of deliverables, and others.
• Creating / Updating Contractor Work authorizations.
• Contractor Invoice Reconciliation - review of account allocations and coordination of Team Leader approval.
