We're seeking a creative, collaborative design professional to join our team as a Project Architect or Designer. Ideally, you should have 3 years of experience in residential architecture or design. Responsibilities: You’ll collaborate with our in-house team of architects and builders to bring thoughtful, performance-driven projects to life. Depending on your experience, you may lead projects independently or work closely alongside our Project Architects and Managers to support and develop projects from early concepts through construction. Your responsibilities will span: • Schematic design • Design development • Permitting • Construction Documentation • Integration with our build process • Contributing to the evolution of our internal standards, tools, and workflows, all within an environment that encourages continuous learning and shared ownership Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in residential architecture or design • Familiarity and desire for high-performance building and building science • Experience managing design projects through all phases, including the creation of detailed technical drawings • Proficiency in Revit (or a willingness to learn), Microsoft, and Adobe suites • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Architecture license or on a licensure path • Interest in or certification from Passive House, LEED, Living Future Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly
