Project Architect
Location: Dutchess County, NY
Salary: Up to $100,000

An established architecture practice in Dutchess County is seeking a technically strong Project Architect to lead project execution and production for commercial, institutional, and municipal work. This role is ideal for a 6–8 year architect who is already running project coordination and documentation but is ready to take greater ownership and grow toward a senior leadership role.

Project Architect Responsibilities

• Lead production and coordination of construction documents in Revit
• Manage day-to-day project workflow from schematic through construction administration
• Coordinate consultants and technical disciplines
• Perform code analysis and ensure drawing compliance
• Support scheduling, deliverables, and milestone tracking
• Maintain documentation quality and internal standards

Project Architect Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5–8+ years of professional experience (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong Revit production capability
• Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation independently
• Solid knowledge of NYS building codes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
