Job Title: Project Architect / Manager

Position Location: Boston

Approx. Length of Position: Direct Hire

Degree Required: Bachelor’s or Master's degree of Architecture

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience and must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must be able to take responsibility for project management, design and detailing and enjoy working in a collaborative setting. Experience in construction administration is preferred. Experience in public design and construction is a plus.

Requirements:

Construction Administration through close-out including on-site construction observances

Managing projects from study through construction

Working independently to solve problems and to find creative solutions

Meeting with clients, municipal boards and community members

Coordinating consultants

Managing and mentoring junior staff

Researching materials and products

Working on preliminary schematic designs, and then developing documents through construction documents including detailing and permitting

Technical / Software skills:

Experience with AutoCAD and Revit required

Massachusetts Registered architect preferred
