Our client is a nationally known and award-winning landscape construction company and is seeking a Assistant Project Coordinator with project management, estimating and contract experience to join their team. (LANDSCAPING)
** This is a temp to permanent** , full time career opportunity with a leading and well-established company in Rhode Island, and offers a comprehensive benefit package.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Contract Administration
- Assisting with submittal packages for sub-contractors
- Purchasing duties
- Preparing job packages
- Confirming OSHA/CPR/Arborist licensing, etc., prior to job starts
- Assist with estimating and bidding
- Assist with job scheduling and details
- Complete job safety plans
- Provide support to Job Foreman
- Interface with superintendents, project foremen, general contractors, and clients,
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel, Data Entry,
- Basic accounting background
- Previous experience in landscaping & construction management or other related fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team and be self-motivated
