Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders, vendors, employees, and charitable organizations to support program success
- Manage the charity application process using CRM tools, including review, approval, and communication
- Recommend campaign themes and branding for GASCCP
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan for GASCCP, including formal messaging and outreach
- Maintain and update the GASCCP coordinator toolkit and handbook
- Develop and facilitate GASCCP coordinator training
- Oversee GASCCP project plans for three concurrent campaign cycles: prior year, current year, and upcoming year
- Track and report program metrics to evaluate impact and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation of all GASCCP and FSA program processes

- Previous experience managing corporate fundraising and/or non-profit charitable giving programs.
- Previous experience developing fundraising or charitable giving campaign themes.
- Previous experience developing and delivering training.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (lookups, formulas, pivot tables, macros), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access skills
- PeopleSoft HCM or other HCM experience to include using queries to generate reports
