Project & Compliance Support Specialist (Acumatica Proficient)

Location: Wixom, MI (on-site) Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Construction Projects

    About Us

Flagpoles Etc has proudly served customers since 1991, manufacturing, installing, and servicing flagpoles and flags across the U.S. We’re looking for a flexible team player who thrives on keeping things organized, compliant, and moving forward.

    The Role

This isn’t a narrow, single-lane job. As our Project & Compliance Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person who can step into different areas—projects, compliance, order processing, logistics, or documentation—depending on where support is needed most. Your foundation will be working in Acumatica, ensuring everything is entered, tracked, and compliant with our SOPs, but your day-to-day may include jumping in to assist sales, warehouse, or accounting when projects demand it.

    Responsibilities

Process and track projects in Acumatica, ensuring accurate data and compliance

Assist multiple departments (sales, purchasing, logistics, accounting) by filling gaps as needed

Review orders, contracts, and compliance documents for accuracy

Monitor timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements

Generate and maintain Acumatica-based reports to keep leadership informed

Help improve workflows and create consistency across departments

Serve as a “bridge” between teams to make sure projects don’t stall

    Requirements

Strong proficiency in Acumatica ERP (required)

2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or compliance support

Ability to adapt quickly and step into different roles as needed

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Good communicator—able to work across multiple teams without letting things slip

Experience in manufacturing, construction, or logistics is a plus

    Why Join Us?

Be part of a patriotic, growing company that’s been in business since 1991

Work on unique, large-scale projects nationwide

Variety in your work—no two days are the same

    Competitive pay based on experience

Opportunity to grow into operations, compliance, or project management
