    SUMMARY: GBS has an opportunity for a Project Control Specialist to provide administrative, financial, and analytical support for Research and Development projects and Program Managers. This role helps ensure effective project planning, execution, and oversight by coordinating project administration, tracking budgets and financial performance, and preparing financial reports.

    Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

    · With minimal supervision, support the management, preparation, and coordination of project-related administrative and financial tasks.

    · Prepare and review reports and project documentation for Program Manager approval and distribute to customers as directed.

    · Track and maintain financial spreadsheets, project budgets, cost controls, and develop cost estimates, status reports, and budget forecasts

    · Collaborate with Program Managers to create project plans and budgets and use various data sources to define project requirements.

    · Analyze project financials and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and highlight issues that may impact project goals.

    · Respond to inquiries and data calls, providing analysis and recommendations to Program Managers and senior personnel.

    · Track and coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, deadlines, and maintain the project calendar to ensure timely submissions.

    · Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, charts, and graphs; record meeting minutes and track action items.

    · Assist with project risk analysis, assessments, and the development of mitigation strategies.

    · Track customer and consultant invoicing to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with project budgets.

    · Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and risks, and supports the development of mitigation strategies to promote successful project outcomes and cost control.

    Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

    · Six (6)+ years of program support experience in a government-contracting environment.

    · Two (2)+ years of Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports

    · Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree depending on contractual requirements.

    · Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel (Level 2), PowerPoint, and Word.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Ability to work in an office environment 95% of the time.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

    · Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Adobe tools.

    · PMP or CAPM certification or formal project management training.

    · Experience with a contract‑management, WAWF and Consultant invoicing.

    Position Summary:
    The Business Development Director will lead the Business Development effort in support of Traylor Industrial’s Business Plan. The BD Director will be tasked with expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, cultivating new partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities ****

    • Conduct thorough and continuous market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Identify key decision-makers within target client organizations and establish relationships to drive business opportunities.
    • Work with all Traylor Construction Group sister companies to develop opportunities to partner internally as well as externally.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.
    • Communicate schedules and major upcoming events to executive management, as needed.
    • Monitor and improve business processes through analysis and collaboration to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to develop compelling proposals in response to client requests.
    • Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and showcase the company's capabilities.
    • Work with the estimating and proposal team to secure profitable contracts while maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and create networking opportunities.
    • Actively engage with industry associations and organizations to stay informed about market trends and potential collaborations.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development goals, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
    • Analyze current businesses and departments including markets, financial performance and efficiency for development of business strategy.
    • Lead key corporate continuous improvement initiatives such as software and technology needs, Lean initiatives and process efficiencies
    • Drive strategic planning development and implementation

    Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
    • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office –Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Experience with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

    Education/Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial construction.
    • Strong understanding of industrial processes, construction, and engineering services.

    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

    Physical Demands
    • Travel will be required to attend trainings, meetings, and jobsite visits.
    • Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift
