Job Description
The Controls Project Engineer II leads the execution of complex Ride/Show control system upgrades across multiple attractions, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards. This role provides senior-level technical leadership, strategic vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination throughout all phases of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. The Project Engineer II is expected to mentor junior engineers and serve as a key technical advisor to project management.
Responsibilities:
Supports and advises the Project Manager on how best to achieve this goal, and keeps Universal Destination and Experiences Core Engineering & Safety briefed on progress and issues.
