    Project Controls Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas (EPCI)

    Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and risk management for complex offshore oil & gas projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with contractual and safety requirements. You will design and implement integrated project control systems, foster a culture of accountability, and provide accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Performance Oversight

      • Support Project Management in maintaining budget integrity and mitigating risks.
      • Monitor progress against baselines and recommend corrective actions for deviations.
    • Integrated Controls Management

      • Establish and maintain a comprehensive Project Control System tailored to project complexity and contract terms.
      • Ensure seamless integration of scheduling, cost control, risk management, and document control functions.
    • Planning & Scheduling

      • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Control Budgets, Master Schedules, and Cash Flow forecasts.
      • Drive accurate progress measurement, forecasting, and trend analysis using industry-standard tools.
    • Cost & Risk Control

      • Apply advanced cost control techniques, earned value analysis, and economic risk evaluation.
      • Promote cost/schedule/risk awareness across all project stakeholders.
    • Document Control & Reporting

      • Oversee document control processes, ensuring compliance with EDMS standards.
      • Prepare and issue internal and client reports, including invoicing support and performance dashboards.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.

    • Experience: 12+ years in project controls, planning, cost control, or project management within offshore oil & gas or EPCI environments.

    • Technical Expertise:

      • Proficiency in WBS/CBS development, Primavera P6, SAP, and integrated project control systems.
      • Strong knowledge of EDMS configuration, document workflows, and change management processes.
      • Skilled in performance measurement, earned value, KPIs, and time-impact assessments.
    • Soft Skills:

      • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Compensation
    $190,000 per year
