About the Role:

AJT Construction Consulting LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor construction project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors

Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, RFIs, and submittals

Track project budgets, expenses, and procurement activities

Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project updates

Assist in preparing project reports, status updates, and presentations

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and project specifications

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field

Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and project management workflows

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
