Position: Installation Project Coordinator – The Organized Hustler Behind the Scenes
Location: 301 Wells Fargo Dr Suite 3 Houston, Tx. 77090 – In-office position

We’re on the hunt for a Installation Project Coordinator who’s ready to take charge, own their role, and help drive jobs from estimate to execution without missing a beat.

**What You’ll Do:
**

• Coordinate jobs from signed contracts through completion
• Communicate with clients, crews, and the internal team to keep everyone on the same page
• Schedule installations, services, and follow-ups with precision
• Monitor timelines, materials, and progress to ensure jobs stay on track
• Solve problems on the fly and keep things moving, even when curveballs hit
• Track job details, update records, and keep everything documented and organized
• Work closely with sales, dispatch, and leadership to ensure smooth operations

• Clear communicator — both on the phone and in writing
• Comfortable being the go-to person when others need answers
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
• A master multitasker with strong follow-through
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you just do it
• Tech-savvy (familiar with CRMs, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools)

**Requirements:
**

• Previous experience in project coordination, office management, or scheduling
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus
• Experience in construction or home services is a bonus
• You bring a great attitude, accountability, and work ethic
• Reliable, resourceful, and ready to grow with the company
