Job Description
Blue Hammer Roofing a residential and commercial roofing company with a focus on the insurance based re-roofing sector of the market. We are currently looking for Project Coordinators for our headquarters in Dallas Texas to manage multi-trade projects in the roofing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from start to finish, ensuring that timelines are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-trade projects after the customer signs an agreement
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project, from start to finish
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with customers, contractors, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Manage project documentation and records
- Departmental Communication between Estimating Team, Quality Team, Office
Team, Project Managers, Homeowners, and any others as necessary
- Obtain final Customer Review
Requirements:
- Experience in the roofing industry is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Compensation:
Commission with an income potential of 60k-80k+/year; dependent on performance.
