Job Overview
bo-mar Industries is in search of a Project Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the project related administrative tasks for a fabrication facility in Beech Grove, Indiana. Responsibilities and Duties
- Contract Review
- Assemble and Distribute Project Start-Up and Close-Out Documents
- Submittal Tracking
- Change Order Tracking
- COI & Bond Requests
- Management of the Installation Schedule
- Identifying Architect Selected Colors
- Tracking Samples/ Approval
- Assist Estimators
- Navigate Customer Portals
- Process Prevailing Wage Documents
- Manage Safety Compliance for Onsite Work
- Review Pre-Bid Documents
Requirements
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Willingness to learn proprietary ERP system/software.
- Reliable and efficient with good communication skills. This position will interact regularly with internal staff, external vendors, and customers.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work independently
