    Job Description

    As a Project Coordinator for Bosley Electric Company, you will be assigned to multiple projects working closely with the project management group.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    Obtain quotes from vendors and/or other subcontractors
    Process and review submittal documents

    Procure and track rental equipment

    Daily purchasing

    Track project schedules and have an understanding of the progression of projects
    Aid in processing change orders
    Follow up on pending orders
    Perform some entry level estimating
    Take given instruction and communicate directly to field staff
    Other duties as required

    Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
    A Bachelors Degree is preferable however equivalent, relevant experience (Ideally, 1-2 years in the construction industry) along with a high school diploma will suffice
    Demonstrated ability to problem solve
    Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    Able to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects accurately
    Ability to quickly and appropriately prioritize conflicting demands
    Be able to take direction and work independently with given direction
