    Position Summary
    The Project Coordinator reports to the Oregon Division Manager and plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Management team to deliver high-quality, timely, and profitable commercial landscape installations. This role acts as a strategic liaison between internal departments, field staff, project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. The position is based out of our Hillsboro Corporate Office , with occasional travel to job sites as needed.

    Work Schedule
    Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or as required by project needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead project onboarding by reviewing scope, plans, specifications, exclusions, and special requirements.
    • Participate in weekly operations meetings, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, and equipment allocation.
    • Attend and document onsite meetings, identifying impacts to cost, schedule, production, and scope.
    • Maintain and distribute updated plans and specifications across teams.
    • Manage ASIs, RFIs, bulletins, and other project documentation.
    • Oversee submittal and closeout processes in collaboration with PMs.
    • Coordinate purchasing and delivery logistics based on approved submittals.
    • Develop and manage accounting schedules of values and monthly billing reports.
    • Track and manage change orders, maintaining thorough documentation including correspondence, photos, and emails.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a general contractor or subcontractor environment (office or field).
    • Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to interpret plans and specifications.
    • Proven experience with submittals, schedules, and project documentation.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Timberline experience preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborative team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
    • Professional, ethical, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $80,000–$85,000 annually (DOE)
