At Daniels Construction, our Project Coordinators are the heartbeat of our project teams. From kickoff to closeout, you'll keep communication flowing, documentation in check, and everyone moving in the same direction.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to support for Project Managers with organizing, tracking, and coordinating all the moving parts.
• Set up project files, logs, and cost codes (and make sure everything stays tidy in Procore or E-Builder).
• Help prepare contracts, RFIs, purchase orders, permits, and meeting minutes.
• Track updates, schedules, and change orders so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Join in on-site meetings, capture what matters, and keep the team informed.
• Assist with closeout packages including warranties, inspections, training docs and putting the final bow on a great project.

What You Bring

• A knack for organization, communication, and keeping everyone on track.
• 3+ years of experience in a construction or administrative support role (preferred).
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Procore/E-Builder a plus).
• An eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
