Job Summary
$20-27 hourly based on experience.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our 5-star rated team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, permitting, invoicing, and ensuring customer success . You will be the front-end point of contact by answering all incoming calls and coordinating with our foreman and estimator to provide a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls and forward to appropriate team members
Collaborate with foreman to schedule and dispatch jobs
Add new leads to CRM
Follow-up with customers and ensure extreme customer service
Pull permits and schedule inspections with customers
Review, send, and follow-up on invoices
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager, dispatcher, or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Housecall Pro a plus
