Job Description
ABC Imaging is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative with an interest in the ADA signage and visual communications industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong interest in print production, signage workflows, and project coordination.
This role supports high-end retail clients and involves managing projects from intake through delivery in a fast-paced production environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications
Experience or interest in the signage, ADA signage, or print production industry (preferred)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially design applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop)
Strong understanding of project coordination and production workflows
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage production challenges and changing priorities
