    About Us: Data Source Technology delivers professional and technical services to support mission-focused customers. Our teams execute outcomes across multiple service lines, including technology delivery, operational support, and modernization initiatives.

    Position Summary: The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator is a remote position that may require from 15-20% travel to client sites.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, including scope, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to define project goals and requirements.

    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.

    Manage communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

    Identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.

    Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.

    Oversee project documentation, post-project reviews, and knowledge transfer processes.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    2-3+ years of experience coordinating IT or software development projects.

    Proven track record of delivering projects on time and according to expectations.

    Excellent communication, leadership, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

    Work collaboratively with established team members to execute goals.

    High level of attention to detail.

    Valid driver’s license is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

    Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

    Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
