Job Summary TQS Mechanical is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and operations. The role includes a mix of office and field work, occasional travel, and requires a valid driver’s license. We value attitude and reliability over experience and are happy to train the right person.

About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Project Coordinator to support our field and office operations. This role involves driving to job sites, coordinating with technicians, and assisting with daily project tasks.

No prior experience required – we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers with daily administrative and coordination tasks

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members

Help schedule jobs, track progress, and follow up on ongoing projects

Visit job sites when needed (transportation required)

Handle basic documentation, data entry, and filing

Support general office operations as needed

Perform both field work and light office tasks

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license (MUST)

Comfortable driving daily and traveling to job sites

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (email, Excel, etc.)

No prior experience required (training provided)

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in construction, HVAC, or related field

Experience with any accounting or project management tools.

Experience with any ERP systems.

Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish)
